1) WHAT IS COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?

A Coffee Subscription is the most convenient way to enjoy fresh, handcrafted OROSI Coffee. We automatically send you a fresh batch of your favorite coffee based upon your chosen frequency. We ship our coffee and accessories every week on Mondays and Tuesdays. The program is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your coffee.

You always have complete control over your Coffee Subscription orders. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘Manage Subscriptions’ located within the My Account section. Changes to orders can be made any time within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time.

 

2) HOW DO I CREATE A COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?

Making a Coffee Subscription is easy; it can be done while browsing on a coffee product page, on the Subscriptions category page, or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the Coffee Subscription option for your desired Coffee, select your shipment frequency, then check out as normal.

 

3) WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER I CREATE A COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?

After you join the Coffee Subscription service, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link where you can manage your future orders, Coffee Subscription items and Coffee Subscription account information.

We will place your Coffee Subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Coffee Subscription account, such as if your product is discontinued, if you cancel your subscription, or confirmation when an order is placed successfully. 

  

4) CAN I CANCEL, SKIP OR POSTPONE MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME?

Yes. You have total control over your subscription in the My Subscriptions section of your Account. Cancel, skip, or postpone your subscription at any time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

 

5) CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION COFFEE AND TRY SOMETHING NEW?

Yes! Once you are in the My Subscriptions section of your account, you will see a drop-down menu below the coffee price. You can use this to swap into another option.

  

6) CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION COFFEE SIZE?

Yes! Once you are in the My Subscriptions section of your account, you will see a drop-down menu below the coffee price. You can use this to swap into another size of your current selection.

 

7) HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY UPCOMING SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?

You are able to add any item from our site to your upcoming order. Simply log in to your account before you begin browsing our site. You will see a “Add to my upcoming order” button appear on the product pages.

 

8) HOW DO I UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?

Once you are in the My Subscriptions section of your account, you will see your current billing and shipping information. There is an "edit" link below that will allow you to update this information.
